Private Immersions
Rare one-to-one access to Alison's deepest work
Alison accepts a small number of private clients each year, worldwide.
The people she works with this way are rarely short of capability. They are short of recovery — carrying sustained responsibility while holding a system that has been running at its limit long enough to stop restoring itself on its own.
Much of what Alison works with cannot be reached through a screen. Where the breath has become shallow and held. Where effort has become the default state. Where the body has learned to brace and forgotten how to release. She reads these in the room — in posture, in breath, in the signals a person stopped noticing in themselves long ago.
This is not a session you attend. It is a period of being observed and worked with closely, by someone who has spent thirty years learning to see it.
Alison draws on thirty years across breath, nervous system regulation, constitutional insight, meditation, sleep and daily rhythm — but the work is never formulaic. It is shaped by what she sees in the individual.
The nuanced work of seeing a person clearly — noticing where the breath has become restricted, where effort has become habitual, where energy is being drained, and where sleep and resilience are being quietly undermined — requires presence, experience and precision.
Detailed breathwork sits at the centre of it. Most people, however capable, cannot take a full breath, or feel what the breath is doing in the body. The work begins there, tailored to constitution, so that what a person is given belongs to them and no one else.
The methods matter. The judgement behind them matters more.
Private Immersions are for people carrying significant responsibility and long-term internal strain: disrupted sleep, depletion that rest no longer resolves, a nervous system that has been compensating for so long the compensation has become invisible.
This is not Alison's structured diagnostic work delivered in person. It is a different order of access — closer, more observational, shaped in real time around the person rather than a protocol.
I was looking for ways to alter my stress responses, and to change my inability to be present. Ali's expertise in one-to-one work had a profound effect on me. It left me refreshed, far more centred, and able to let go of the small stuff.— Vickie Andrew · Magistrate
Apart from being so knowledgeable and experienced, she is a warm co-conspirator. A gentle touch brings ease to even the most tricky of concepts and the most resistant of meditations. Totally transformative.— Skye Holland · Entrepreneur & Artist

Alison works this closely with only a handful of people each year. If this is the level of attention your situation calls for, the next step is a conversation — a private application, followed by a direct discussion of whether the work is right for you.
