No. The Unshakeable Self Energy Architecture Diagnostic is not medical treatment and does not diagnose or treat sleep disorders or health conditions. This work provides orientation and insight, not diagnosis. We focus on nervous system stability, rhythm, and energy regulation using non-clinical markers such as night awakenings, optional HRV trends, and self-rated daytime clarity.
If you are under medical care, this work can sit alongside that support.
No — wearables are optional, but recommended. If you use one (such as Oura, WHOOP, Hume, Apple Watch, or similar), we track trend data like HRV or sleep fragmentation to support insight. If not, we rely on qualitative assessment and lived experience. The protocol is personalised either way.
Most sleep consultations focus on what to do. This diagnostic focuses on what needs stabilising first. Rather than adding more routines, rules, or techniques, we assess:
- Why your system isn’t switching off
- Where energy is leaking
- Which rhythms are misaligned
From there, we design a protocol that fits your nervous system — not a generic template
You’ll receive one 90-minute, and one 60 minute private sessions, plus your full report in pdf format with your personalised protocol.
